My Business Account

Q. How do I add a Business or Social Enterprise to my Individual Account?

A. Choose "Join Us - Business" under the Join Us tab. You will need to fill out a very short form and pay the Business fee. That's it! Now you have access to many features that are designed only for Businesses and Social Enterprises.

Q. My account doesn't seem to be active. How can I tell?

A. Go to "My Account" under the Join Us tab or in the pull down in the top right corner, after you are logged in. Once there, click on the tab to the left called Business Membership. From there you will be able to view your membership status. If your membership is still pending after more than an hour of signing up you could have an issue with your PayPal account or you may not have successfully completed your PayPal transaction. Within that section you will have ability to update payment information or to try again to complete your transaction. If you believe you have done everything correctly and still don't have access to the full website, please contact our here or use our contact form.

Q. How do I cancel my Business Membership?

A. To delete your account go to "My Account" under the Join Us tab or in the pull down in the top right corner, after you are logged in. Once there, click on the tab to the left called Business Membership. There you will see a button labeled Cancel My Business Membership. Before canceling, please contact our to make sure we aren't parting on bad terms. If you are not satisfied with your our services, please let us help you resolve those issues before deleting your account. Your membership is good for 12 months from the date of payment and we do not offer refunds for membership payments if you choose to terminate your membership before your membership expires. If you really wish to no longer be a part of B4B and choose to cancel your account, please be aware that you will need to turn off your subscription payment within PayPal after you have canceled your membership here on our site. Otherwise you will continue to be billed annually from B4B, beyond our control.

Q. How do I cancel my membership recurring subscription on PayPal?

A. You will need to log in to your PayPal account using your PayPal log in. Once logged in go to "Profile." Find "My Money". Once in "My Money," choose "My Preapproved Payments," click update. From there you can cancel Recurring Payment to Business 4 Blessing.

Q. How does our Business change it's individual representative?

A. We understand that periodically you may need to change the individual who is connected to your business or social enterprise. Please contact our to request that change and we will take care of it for you.
